It's a productization workflow, not a course — the portal is organized into your two entry paths and a shared library of prompts, setup guides, templates, troubleshooting, and downloads you keep using long after the session.

This workshop supports two valid starting points: define the system before the build, or document and operationalize it after the build.

You already have a working repo or local app. Take this path to capture its flows, generate documentation and SOPs, and produce operational, launch-ready outputs.
